Kay Gilderdale's case is expected to open today at Lewes Crown Court. Kay is accused of attempted murder after her daughter Lynn, who had been severely ill with M.E., died in December 2008.

Why won't my doctor help?
A mother asks Dr Gareth Smith why her GP won't prescribe her daughter antiviral medication for her CFS. Dr Gareth says the anti-viral drug AZT is being used by some people with CFS in the US but that this drug has serious side-effects and the benefits do not outweigh the risks.
